Counter insurgency in your own back yard
Cats: politics|While Harpo worries about a counter- insurgency in Afghanistan, he may wake up to another counter-insurgency in his own back yard. Aboriginal leaders are warning of a summer of protests and blockades as the result of Harpo’s refusal to negotiate land claims with aboriginal peoples. A YouTube video describes how copper wire can be used to shut down a rail line.

I heard recently that [place name here] was lobbying the Gov’t to have the FN insurgents removed from Canada’s watch list or terrorist list or [place name here].
Civil disobedience is the inevitable product of poverty and idleness (if that is a word).
The Feds definately have to change their tact. They are under great scrutiny after failing to commit to the Kelowna Accord.

Harpo is stubborn ruthless man.
He will invite conflict with FN insurgents. He will fan protest and civil disobience this summer. Then he can stand up to it and look like a strong leader. Then he will call an election.
I just hope that the voters will see through it. And no one will get hurt
