However -- I see nothing wrong with a cottage having a dishwasher, especially if you're a working mother and don't much like getting relegated to "slave" duty while at the cottage. I like to freeload off my friends. My friend Joyce's cottage (she of the cat, Phil) is a newly-built (I think it's 10 years old) 'cottage'. It has all the mod cons including, but not limited to, a player piano and a deep soaking tub. That's the only kind of cottaging I'm willing to do. Well, I’ve never had a cottage. I like to freeload off my friends.
