I certinly wasn’t placing BLAME on tagBagger….! I, not being much of a Gamer, had never heard of the Halo before I read your post.. thought it weird that was the only time I got a pop up on it…and they talked about it ALL day today on the CBC….the “game guy” on Q was CRAZY for it.. said it was the best game he EVER played! and I thought I needed to get a life!

Not Guilty! Virtually all the pop-ups I see this week are Halo related – between the blitz, and ‘tailored’ messages I ham not surprised at that though. And there you go – I was just experimenting to see what pop-up I would get in Blogger – and even ‘Daily Dose of Imagery’ is doing Halo!

weird… I was showing Dad your site.. telling him about the stats you can get after posting comments about the cbc…. we were then looking at tagbaggers site… and then we got a pop up.. advertisement to win a halo xbox 360………now I have 2 pop up to win a halo xbox 360… is that weird?????

I just saw the piece on CBC – what a pathetic piece of puffery!

1) The human interest – the guy they filmed was playing Halo2 on an XBox – not the 360, so he likely won’t even be playing Halo3 as it is not compatible with his system.

2) It went on for 5 minutes (and on and on…) when a simple “Halo 3 will be released by Microsoft tomorrow. The video game is expected to ring in the largest 1 day sales in entertainment history”

3) Just 4 hours and 10 mintes, 4 seconds to go….

1) Ridiculous free advertising to a hype machine that requires none

2) Halo3 roxor

3) The violence is needed – (and it’s only killing nasty aliens that a)attacked Earth first and b) want to activate the Halo that will destroy the solar system) – what are you supposed to do – talk to them???

4) I’m just improving my minimal access surgery skills anyway – it’s not like I enjoy killing…

5) Birthday tommorrow/Halo3 comes out
