You’re very right, difference between house and home has defintely become blurred today.

I say the more knick knacks the better, and whatever happened to the cheese ball being replaced with perfectly cubed pieces of cheese at parties? Guests should have to work for something.

I hate to admit it, but damn it I like to have the toilets clean before people come over. And I do have a tendency to hover over people fetching them stuff, but I’m learning to let them get it the hell themselves.

Ross Perot had it all wrong. That giant sucking sound was not south of, but was actually in the United States and what caused it was the vacuum that is Martha, taking all the spontaneity and fun out of partying.

I swear that if I ever attend a Martha event, I’ll down three sodas, three beers, and erupt with mother of all belches.

Martha Stewart is the devil. No human woman could ever be that continually perky and perfect. I like it when a bunch of people show up, everybody brings a little something, we lay out the food and snack all night while wandering about as we please. And possibly beating the heck out of each other at ping pong.
