I did know that Radiohead collaborated with jazz musicians on Amnesiac, but had no idea how cool Mr Lyttelton was. I’m sorry you lost your hero. Lovely tribute to him.

You must listen to Amnesiac sometime – it really is quite jazz-filled.

Ambera, it’s probably not surprising that he wasn’t well known on this side ofthe pond. Unless you are knowledgeable about jazz or a fan of BBC radio, you probably wouldn’t know him
