She was elated when they came back into style so that she could get some new ones. I think the ones that she was wearing were actually from the 70's. And when I think about it, she has a pretty huge head, well, actually her head is normal sized, but her hair adds about 4 more inches all around. Jackie O. had some big hair. My youngest favors those huge sunglasses, and while her head is healthy size, she's got a full head of curly hair. Put those glasses on someone with short/straight hair, or hair that's pulled back tight, and I think you get the effect you're talking about. Now I'n going to be noticing this all day while I'm out.
