New York Moments: Part 2 – Spot the typist
Cats: photos, travels|Give me a camera and put me in a city like New York with its energy, history, hustle, architecture, art, characters and icons and I’m in heaven. Here is my photo essay of my excellent weekend in New York. Or you can go to directly to Flickr for more explanation of the shots.

Photo essays are the way to go!
I especially liked “Moody Do Not Walk” and “Waldorf Chandelier.” The way the chandelier photo is framed reminds me of Fellini framed the staircase scene in La Dolce Vita. Nicely done.

Great pics. Sorry I refused to let you post the one of us. You know, the one where I look like I’m 8 feet tall and 400 pounds and I’m ready to grind up your bones for my lunch.

Allison, thanks. Fellini. Blush.
I shot the chandelier at the Waldorf just before Obama and McCain showed up for a charity evening. The moody do not walk was shot just before BeckEye showed up.
Dale, lovely of you to say
BeckEye. There was another one that was more even but your eyes were closed.
