This jolted me back about four or five years, when I decided that I should put retaining walls all around the yard and then fill them with plants. Oh and walkways and such.

My back still hurts, but it cured my of the gardening bug. Perhaps it will do the same for you.

Sounds like we have a common gardening style! There was no landscaping when we moved to our 20 acres last year, so gardening is an overwhelming experience.
