I must tell you an interesting story about Richard-when he was younger, as you mentioned, he was overweight, what possessed him to lose weight was a note put on his windshield stating'YOUNG PEOPLE DIE YOUNG, PLEASE DON;T DIE'. That was one of the highlites that helped him to overcome his weight problem. I am originally from Boston, and had attended many many workouts at his 'ANATOMY ASYLUM STUDIOS'. He is a blessing to people who need help===and to answer a question about his sexuality--his former lover was called 'shooter'. Hope this helps, and hope to meet you on the 30th!!!!!
